6. Fund of the Committee

(1) The Committee shall have a separate fund of its own.
(2) The funds of the committee shall not include the following amounts:-

(a) The amount of salary allowance or subsidy received from the Government of Nepal for the operation of the hospital,
(b) Amounts received for providing hospital services,
(c) Funds received from other charitable organizations or donors,
(d) Funds received from other sources.

(3) The entire expenses of the committee shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).
(4) The fund will be operated by opening an account in a commercial bank in the name of the committee (5) The operation of the fund of the committee shall be by the joint signature of the medical superintendent and the head of accounts of the hospital.
(6) For the programs for which funds have been received from the Government of Nepal, foreign governments or international organizations, the amount should be spent on the same program.
